Each year, a select group of businesses take on the challenge to “jump start” our annual campaign by becoming Pacesetters. These organizations set the standard for leadership and community support by locking in their campaign donations during the summer, prior to our September kickoff. The success and excitement generated by the activities of our Pacesetters helps to inspire other organizations to follow their lead when running their own campaigns.
Pacesetter businesses will be featured on the Monadnock United Way website, in the U Review newsletter, and will receive special recognition at our Campaign Kickoff and Recognition events.
Pacesetter campaigns often partner with Monadnock United Way for additional volunteer and staff support, including scheduling speakers for kickoff events and planning Leadership Giving presentation.
