Ashley Elliott, Board Chair, Rise for baby and family, has a passion for volunteering and bettering our community which comes from her desire to make connections and learn more about people and processes. Ashley began her volunteering experience by becoming a loaned executive for the United Way in Gloucester County, NJ where she worked after earning her bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Delaware.
When Ashley and her now husband moved to Keene, NH in 2016, she wanted to meet more people in the area and began her work on the Rise for baby and family board. Since then, Ashley has run successful fundraising campaigns for MUW at her current workplace, Timken, where she is the Quality Manager. Ashley also oversees the capital grant program, the Timken Foundation, for the Keene allocation community. Ashley has worked with dozens of Monadnock Region nonprofits to successfully award grants for the betterment of these organizations and our community. Through all of this work, Ashley became a recipient of the Keene Sentinel's Trendsetters award in 2022.
Ashley and her husband have a son and a Labrador retriever, and they are excited to share this community with them.
