Join the Monadnock Housing Collaborative at Savings Bank of Walpole from 8:30-10:30 a.m. on July 29 to learn about tax incentives & loan programs that support housing construction and renovation in the Monadnock Region.
The Collaborative is bringing together regional and state housing experts to discuss:
- How municipalities are using the Community Revitalization Tax Relief program (RSA 79-E) to support eligible residential infill projects
- How the recent passage of House Bill 1103 allows municipalities to expand where tax relief is available and which projects are eligible
- How the Monadnock Economic Development Corporation’s Monadnock Housing Development Fund can support qualified housing construction, rehabilitation, and redevelopment projects in the Monadnock Region
