The inaugural Monadnock Housing Conversations on October 15 will highlight engagement strategies for community-specific zoning reform to co-create locally-driven solutions to meet the region's evolving housing needs.

Danica Miller Director of Planning & Building for the Town of Peterborough, where she leads community planning, Master Plan implementation, and
land-use policy
Sarah Bollinger Senior Planner at Southwest Region Planning Commission, where she assists municipalities with hazard mitigation, master plan updates, technical assistance, and grant administration
Danica and Sarah will share experiences and reflections on the role of community engagement in zoning reform and set the stage for small group conversations.
Housing is a topic that touches every community in the Monadnock Region. From workforce housing and affordability to community character and growth management, local planners and land use boards play a critical role in shaping housing opportunities.
