Joseph Hoebeke is a Community Relations Specialist for Eversource covering the western New Hampshire region, which includes the Greater Monadnock area. Joe joined Eversource in April 2024 after serving for 23 years in New Hampshire law enforcement, retiring as the Chief of Police for the Hollis Police Department.
Joe graduated from Norwich University, the Military College of Vermont, in 2000 with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. He also holds a Master of Science Degree in Justice Studies from Southern New Hampshire University.
Joe is passionate about serving others and is a proud veteran of the United States Army, having been called to active-duty status in the aftermath of the terror attacks on 9/11 and the subsequent Global War on Terror. Most importantly, Joe is the proud husband of his wife Jaime, a dedicated public health professional, and their 13-year-old daughter May, a diehard softball player.
