A seasoned and results-driven leader, our newly appointed Board Chair, Ben Wheeler, brings more than 25 years of executive experience in commercial banking, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and New Hampshire Market Manager. Throughout Ben’s career, he has demonstrated exceptional strength in business development, credit analysis, and portfolio management, while successfully launching new markets, leading high-performing teams, and driving significant loan and deposit growth. Known for his entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative leadership style, Ben has consistently built strong relationships across the business and nonprofit sectors. Deeply committed to the Monadnock Region, he has held numerous leadership roles with local organizations, including prior service as Board Chair of Monadnock United Way, and remains actively engaged in community initiatives. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Plymouth State College and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
