Dear Friends,

At Monadnock United Way, we believe the strongest communities are built when people come together to care for one another. Throughout 2025, your generosity, partnership, and commitment helped create meaningful change across the Monadnock Region.

Together, we invested $1.62 million in our community, supporting programs that help children succeed, families achieve financial stability, and individuals access opportunities to learn, grow, and thrive. These investments reflect the priorities our community has identified and the commitment we share to creating lasting impact.

Just as importantly, we remain strong stewards of the resources entrusted to us. Our 2025 audited financial statements reflect a strong and stable financial position and our commitment to responsible management of community resources. Through thoughtful planning and careful oversight, we continue to balance investments in today's needs with the long-term sustainability of our organization and the community we serve.

This report provides an overview of our financial performance, community investments, leadership, and the generous donors whose support makes this work possible. While this publication focuses on accountability and stewardship, the stories behind the numbers continue to unfold every day across our region. I invite you to explore our latest impact stories and community successes at www.muw.org/success-stories.

Thank you for your trust, your partnership, and your commitment to building a stronger Monadnock Region for all.

Warmly,

Liz LaRose, President
Monadnock United Way
