April 1: Designing Engaging Learning Spaces: Classroom Organization, Playful Exploration, and Outdoor Learning
May 6: Effective Planning and Engagement: Structuring Routines, Activities, and Lesson Plans for Young Learners
June 3: Building Professional Excellence: Role Modeling, Teamwork, and Self-Care in Early Childhood Education

This year’s program is a collaboration between Child Care Aware of NH, Keene State College, and Monadnock United Way, with the support of Cristine Trayner, an advocate for creating equitable workplaces and enhancing the professional experiences of early educators.
Cristine has worked closely with organizations across New England to develop innovative solutions that empower educators to thrive and positively impact their classrooms. This partnership ensures a comprehensive, community-focused approach to supporting early childhood professionals.
