In 2008, Corrine Marcou and her family, like many others in our community and around the country, were devastated by the recession. Corrine was newly divorced and raising two kids on her own. Then, she lost her job and began looking for resources to cover the family’s basic needs. Corrine found the support she needed through the network of MUW’s partner agencies. Today, she works for the City of Keene and looks back of that period of her life with a sense of gratitude.
