Impact Monadnock Program Manager
Impact Monadnock is an initiative designed to support young children, age birth to five, and their families. We utilize a collective impact model to work collaboratively with other community partners to make our region a place where young children and their families can thrive.
I am a graduate of Keene State College where I began as an Early Childhood Development major. I worked in the one-year-old classroom at Keene Day Care Center for 3-1/2 years while I earned my degree. I came to realize that while I loved working with children and families, I wanted to do so in a different capacity than as a classroom teacher. I ultimately chose to study communication and psychology, and after graduation went on to work for a community resource center whose mission is to connect individuals and families with the resources they need to move their lives forward. It was there that I first discovered a passion for developing programming and infrastructure to support our community’s youngest members. I am thrilled to be a part of this work in the Monadnock Region.
