Monadnock United Way hopes to raise $20,000 on GivingTuesday

Keene, NH – Monadnock United Way (MUW) will launch its sixth annual GivingTuesday campaign on November 30, 2021. MUW’s goal is to raise $20,000 in just one day: $10,000 from donors that will get matched by $10,000 in matching grants.

GivingTuesday kicks off the giving season each year on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, inspiring people to give, help their neighbors and collaborate in improving their local communities.

“GivingTuesday is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact on the Monadnock Region and to leverage your gift to the Stronger Together Campaign,” said MUW Resource Development Director Katie Gardella. “Last year this community gave over $26,000 on GivingTuesday including challenge match dollars from some very generous anonymous donors. This year, in addition to several anonymous donors, some local businesses have stepped up with challenge match dollars including Carlisle Wide Plank Floors, Prime Roast Coffee Company, Stebbins Spectacular Painting Co., and Clark Mortenson Insurance and Financial Services Group.”

On GivingTuesday people all around the world come together to tap into the power of human connection to strengthen communities and change our world. Will you be one of them? Make your gift on November 30 and you can double your impact. You can help MUW raise $20,000 in one day! Make your donation at www.muw.org/GT21 or by texting “MUW” to 41444.
