My prior experience working at a school for eleven years serving children from preschool through eighth grade has prepared me well for my new role at MUW. I spent three years as an assistant preschool teacher before transitioning to administration managing marketing, communications, and welcoming new families. Before that, I stayed home with my son, exploring all that our region (and beyond) offers and writing about it. My blog became very popular in New England and won an award from Parenting New Hampshire! Our travels allowed us to become familiar with many local organizations and offered me the opportunity to volunteer, get more involved, and foster many lasting relationships.
I have a BA in psychology, and a double major in communications. A Certified Professional Coach with my ACC and a Master Practitioner in Energy Leadership.
I am excited about my role at Monadnock United Way as I feel it is an extension of my true nature. I enjoy connecting with others, collaborating on projects, and using creative resources to solve issues.
I am reading, writing, or taking a class in my spare time. I love all subjects on human behavior, personal development, and growth. I am an author, workshop facilitator, and speaker.
