Kelly Ricaurte is currently the director of strategic communications and community relations at Keene State College, where she has been on staff since 2011. Moving from East Coast to West Coast, and back again, she has gained almost 20 years of experience in advertising and communications in higher education, the automotive industry in Los Angeles, environmental nonprofit sector in Washington, DC, and high-tech industry in the San Francisco Bay Area. She also developed and delivered on public relations campaigns for the Ronald McDonald House of San Francisco.
Kelly holds a BA with majors in communications and business from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Master of Public Administration from George Washington University. During her studies at George Washington University, she was recognized for her dedication to community service, and she was inducted into the Pi Alpha Alpha Honor Society.
Kelly also serves on the College-City Commission in Keene, Keene State's Campus Commission for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusiveness, and the College's Health and Safety Committee.
She lives in Peterborough with her two children who keep her very busy and ever grateful.
