As Senior Director of Impact, I lead and oversee MUW’s investment shift into impact by envisioning and developing new systems that will allow us to achieve our strategic impact goals. With my Impact team, I ensure the integration of evaluation methodologies that allow MUW, partners, and the community measure and monitor success. I engage in advocacy and policy work to support MUW’s focus areas of Children, Education, and Financial Stability. I provide leadership and vision for Impact Monadnock, MUW’s signature early childhood collective impact initiative, to ensure that all children in the Monadnock region and their families are heathy, learning and thriving now and in the future.
Before joining MUW, I was the Associate Vice President of Community Impact at United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona and led the collective impact work of its early childhood initiative. I’ve also worked as a nonprofit consultant and grants professional. I have a degree in elementary education and worked as a classroom teacher in the early years of my professional career.
