Edward Guyot



Ed is a partner in the public accounting firm of John G. Burk & Associates, a 15-member firm located in Keene, New Hampshire. He received his undergraduate degree in accounting, with high honors, from Stonehill College and his graduate degree in business, with honors, from Suffolk University. As a Certified Public Accountant, Ed is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants, the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to joining John G. Burk & Associates in 1992, Ed held a variety of senior financial management positions in the private sector, primarily in high technology, distribution and manufacturing industries.

Ed is an active member of the community and has served on many local organizations’ boards, including Appalachian Trail Conservancy, City of Keene Bicycle and Pedestrian Pathways Advisory Committee, Keene Elm City Rotary Club, Stonewall Farm, Arts Alive, The Hannah Grimes Center, The Colonial Theatre Group and more.  He has also served as a member of the adjunct faculty at Antioch NE Graduate School’s Sustainable MBA program. Ed, who is an avid bicyclist, runner, triathlete, hiker and naturalist, resides in Keene.
