Community Kitchen, Inc., The

Meals are provided free of charge from 5:00 - 6:30pm Monday through Friday at our facility on Mechanic Street in Keene. These Hot Meals include: choice of meat or vegetarian entrée, vegetables, soups, salads, breads, desserts, and beverages. Take-home meals are available after everyone has been served and if there is enough food leftover which is usually after 5:45. Anyone who is in need of a prepared meal or companionship is welcome. Take-Home Food Boxes are available Wednesdays from 12:30 - 5:30 or Thursdays from 11:30 - 4:00. These supplemental food boxes contain staples such as bread, cereal, pasta, cheese and juice. Verification of name, address, date of birth and income for all household members is required. We ask that participants bring a string box or laundry basket to transport their food.

Provides rides to medical appointments and other needed destinations to people in the eastern Monadnock Region who don't drive or don't have a vehicle, with an emphasis on people with disabilities.

An early childhood center for children ages 10 months through six years old. Also provides a before and after school program at Wells Memorial School in Harrisville for children in grades kindergarten through six.
