JCC is a juvenile court diversion program for youth who have
broken the law for the first time. JCC serves youth residing within the
juristiction of the Keene District Court(KDC). Youth are referred by
local police departments or KDC to this voluntary alternative to formal
juvenile court proceedings. When a youth successfully completes JCC the
crimanal charges are dismissed.
