A non-profit organization offering rehabilitation, education, residential, and care management for people with disabilities and the elderly. Programs and services available through its rehabilitation center include: the CROTCHED MOUNTAIN SCHOOL, a residential and day school, grades K-12; the BRAIN INJURY CENTER, a sub-acute rehabilitation program for adults; the CHILDREN'S SPECIALTY HOSPITAL, providing skilled nursing care and respite services; OUTPATIENT SERVICES, for developmental pediatrics, audiology, occupational and physical therapy and wheelchair seating clinics; and the SCHOOL PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM, helping children and adolescents with special needs to prepare for adult life.
