The Foster Grandparent Program provides persons 60 years and older with the opportunity to volunteer their time and talent in working with children with special and exceptional needs. The major focus is to develop a one-to-one relationship which supports and encourages the youngsters to grow in all areas of development. Volunteers receive a stipend, training and transportation to facilitate their ability to volunteer.
