Since 1972 CCCS has been providing free budget counseling,a fee based debt management program and also offers community educational programs. Budget counseling and debt management services are available by an appointment and there is no fee for the appointment. Benefits of the debt management program may include reduced interest and the elimination of late and/or over-limit fees. CCCS does charge a monthly fee for the Debt management Program that is based on income.
